Hi, so I have been feeling really dizzy the last few days and feel like I m going to passout but don t . I get weird pressure feeling in my head and pulsating in my ears, even when laying. I also had a spell today where I was really hungry and really shakey, feeling like I was going to pass out. What could this be? Should I see a Dr.??

but most common causes is Medial ear infection or labyrinthitis.
you consult the ENT DR.
and diagnosed .
