What Causes Dizziness Every Time I Lie Down?
for last 2 days have felt dizziness particularly when I put my head to the pillow. It is a feeling I have had in the past when I have food which disagreed with me. On those occasions I was sick and the symptoms passed. This time however, I have felt sick but not been sick.

Dizziness could be caused due to following causes:
1. High blood pressure.
2. Inner ear problem like labrynthitis.
3. Iron deficiency anemia.
Kindly get your complete hemogram done. Get your blood pressure checked. If there is no abnormalities in them, you need to get your ear examined by consulting ENT specialist.
