On getting up this morning to use the bathroom I had dizziness, cold sweat and light nausea . I had loose bowels no vomiting. I laid back down and covered up because of the chills and cold sweats and woke up four hours later. On getting up the second time I felt a little weak but was able to have breakfast yogurt granola coffee. I m 66 . I was outside most of yesterday but not in the sun. I tried to drink a little water through out the day. For dinner I had sliced meat cheese crackers and watermelon.
