Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I've been having dizziness, blurred vision and some nausea. These symptoms are causing me debilitating panic attacks. I'm afraid to even leave my house because I'm having these dizzy spells more frequently. I've been to the dr and they've checked my heart - it's ok. He diagnosed me with a panic disorder but I swear it's the dizziness that's causing the panic attacks. I have an appt with an ENT and neurologist next month. I don't know what to do until then. I feel like going to the ER everytime it happens because it's so scary.
HI Well come to HCM Severe anxiety and depression could be the cause of your dizziness, you need to come out of this situation, try to control your thoughts, be cool and calm, be positive and practical, try some yoga, exercise, meditation, every thing would be fine soon, I would advise "Tab chlorpromazine" three times in day, take care and have a nice day.
