General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dr. Hanif warmly welcomes you with thanks for a consult!

I have carefully worked through your case, and can well realize your health worries. Being your physician, I want to assure, I will take care all of your medical concerns according to the latest medical guidelines.

If the tests for pregnancy were negative, then it may be less likely for being pregnant.

It seems that you are having issues with digestive system. It may be gastroenteritis (infection of the digestive tract). But to be on the safe side I suggest you to go for a checkup from your OB/GYN. She will go for ultrasound to confirm about conception and if pregnancy is negative then gastroenteritis will be at high possibility scale.

The acne flare can be due to hormonal or emotional imbalance or diet modification recently or due to medication use e.g oral contraceptives. You need to consult your treating physician to review your acne medicines. Wash your face with Eucerin redness relief cleansing lotion. It will lessen your acne issues.

If I was your treating physician and gastroenteritis was confirmed, I would have prescribed you with Rifaximin if not allergic to Plus Pantocid-L and Pedialyte oral rehydrating solution. You will feel good in no time with these treatment options.
