What Causes Dizziness, Blackouts, Neck Pain And Headache?
I have been experiencing dizziness for several weeks. It started out as I rolled over in bed. It has progressively gotten worse, I now get dizzy and feel like I will black out when I tilt my head down. I have pain in my neck as well and a slight headache.

Dizziness, blackout, headache and Nek pain warrants detailed evaluation to find out underlying cause which could be cervical spondylosis, BPPV (benign paroxysmal positional vertigo), high blood pressure, Head or innner ear disease like vestibulocochlear disease and many other rare causes.
I would advise you to go to Emergency care for recording of blood pressure, and physical examination, X-ray cervical spine.
In my opinion, You can take acetaminophen for neck pain and Promethazine group of drugs for dizziness.
