What Causes Dizziness And Vomiting When Suffering From Fever?
Hi I am feeling very dizzy and vomiting since a week ago. My fever is 34.6 degrees and no sign of being pregnant. I feel very heavy headed and dizzy from 2am onwards and once I go back to sleep then I am better. As soon as I sleep, I am feeling very dizzy, not medication is working out for me.

Infectious Diseases Specialist, Dr. Praveen G's Response
Hello, Welcome to HCM, Most common medical conditions indicated by the symptoms dizziness, fever, nausea or vomiting are Middle ear infection, Labyrinthitis, and Medication reaction or side-effect and acute sinusitis. There are many other reasons but these are the most common causes for the present symptoms. You may require physical examination to know what exactly is causing these symptoms and then we can decide further line of management. Thank you.
