What Causes Dizziness And Vomiting Sensation?
It started this morning leaning over the bathroom sink washing my face....I got so dizzy I had to grab the faucet to keep from falling down.....felt like vomiting almost. Eight hours later when I tilt my head back I get so dizzy I cannot stand up without holding onto the walls. It appears to be some sort of imbalance.

The symptoms seem to be related to benign paroxismal vertigo or blood hypertension. I recommend to check the blood pressure for further evaluation. Meanwhile, I suggest using Meclizine hydrochloride three times a day. I also suggest to avoid using salt in the daily diet.
