What Causes Dizziness And Vision Loss?

When i stand up i get dizzy and lose sight for a couple seconds and see black also get tingling in body and severe nausea and headache sometimes i can't hear for a couple second second after not being able to see what's wrong i recently 1mo was in a rollover car accident please help

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having dizziness, black outs of vision, nausea, vomiting...
Since there was history of injury one month ago injury related causes like concussion head injury needs to be ruled out.
The other cause to be ruled out is transient ischaemic attack.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
