What Causes Dizziness And Tinnitus?

I am a 60 year-old, white, female, height: 5 6, weight:124 lbs. My head has this swishing sound and , today, I experienced dizziness. Also, last-night, before going to sleep, I had these various metallic clicking sounds. I just noticed, when I turn hy head it sounds like the brushing against clothing. I have a history of sinus infections, which they usually treat with z-packs; (my last round was about three-months-ago). Thank you!

Hi,

I would explain that your symptoms seem to be related to an inner ear disorder or infection, probably caused by the sinus infection.

For this reason, I recommend consulting with an ENT specialist and performing labyrinthine tests and some blood lab tests (complete blood count, PCR, ESR).

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
