What Causes Dizziness And Tingling And Numbness In Lips And Tongue?

A few hours after I ate lunch I began feeling lightheaded/dizzy off and on and my lips and tongue felt slightly tingly/numb. This has never happened before. I m not overweight but I do not exercise regularly and eat poorly. I am worried these symptoms might mean I m becoming diabetic.

Hi,

No these are not the features of diabetes. Just to rule out get checked for HbA1c level or even FBS and PPBS once to rule out diabetes.

This may be due to allergic responce to some food item. So no need to worry for now for diabetes.
