What Causes Dizziness And Tachycardia?

I have been having symptoms of initial faintness while sitting, not orthostatic, then immediate tachycardia of 150 s and then mild confusion. Symptoms last anywhere from 3 minutes to over an hour. Heart monitors have noticed no irregular rhythms. Echo and stress tests have come back fine, Being treated with Toprol XL for the irregular heart rate but now noticing hypertension of 150/90. No diagnosis has been given....any input would be appreciated
