What Causes Dizziness And Sickness All The Time?

Hi wonder if you can i am a 26 year old woman and for the past week or so i keep feeling sick all the time and feeling very dizzy i also feel like i want to fant and pass out and also getting a lot of sore heads do you have any clue what could be wrong with me if you could get back to me that would be great thanks x

Thanks for posting your query.

Dizziness could be due problems in Blood pressure , high or low blood sugars, Generalized weakness due to low Hemoglobin or Vitamin deficiency, Inner ear problems , sometimes rarely due to Heart problems or Brain problems.

I advise you to get certain tests to know what is causing your problem. Get the following tests and revert back.

Complete hemogram, Fasting blood sugars , Serum TSH, Serum Vitamin B12 .
