What Causes Dizziness And Severe Headache?

When I get up from my computer I experience dizziness and an intense headache. I also experience seeing silver white lines in my vision. I have to hold on to something or I will fall. Then I have to sit until the silvery white lines disappear in my field of vision. What is going on, my BP is 129/80?

Sometimes, especially at an older age (i don't know how old are you) is normal to have vertigo, or dizziness when you stand up from a seating position. But headache is unusuall. I think you have to make a neurologic examination.
