What Causes Dizziness And Ringing In The Ear?

Hi, Ive been feeling lightheaded, unsteadiness and having ringing in my left ear occasionally for a couple of months. More persistent lately (wobbly feeling) . Vital signs good. No hx of falling or fainting. No history heart disease, or dm. Healthy 60yr old female on no medications. Normal weight, generally healthy. what would be your first impression?

Hello,

Probably you are suffering from left middle ear Infection or left eustachian tube blockage. Avoid cool'drinks and cold environment. Avoid allergen that may cause eustachian tube blockage. Use saltwater gargling and water vapor inhalation thrice a day for five days. Use tablet alday dc twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved, please consult your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
