As a first line management drugs like betahistine can be tried for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persist better to consult an ENT specialist and evaluated.

I have been feeling dizzy for 5 weeks, tinnitus, ear pressure and recently diagnosed with hemochromatosis. I am getting phlebotomies, had an MRI and CatScan, ENT Dr.The dizziness is keeping me from working. I do not know if it is from allergies or not. Is the hemochromatosis an autoimmune disorder? Most importantly how do I get rid of the off balance and dizziness ? Taking no medicine at this time. I am not nauseous and the room does not spin. Dizziness comes from either standing still, closing my eyes will cause me to lose my balance, or walking to slow makes me sway. Almost like a slow rocking boat is bad, but I can walk a straight fast line ahead I hope that this makes sense.

Hello, A month ago I felt fullness in my ears and dizziness following a cruise. I went to the dr, they looked in my ears and said everything looked great. Now the past few days It feels like liquid is draining from my ears when I lay down, but when I touch my ears nothing is there. Should I see an ENT specialist?
