What Causes Dizziness And Pain In The Right Arm?

I am a 94 yr old woman in pretty good health. Today I had an episode - - felt very warm and a little sweaty while wrapping presents. Needed to use the bathroom, felt somewhat dizzy and after about 10 minutes was able to get up. My right arm and wrist are very painful and rather weak. what happened?

considering your agree exclude diabetes it can be premenouposal syndrome having hormonal imbalance. consult gynechologist for examination and advise on treatment pain in wrist may be because of injury can take analgesic tab like combiflam and apply analgesic ointment. can apply warm phomantation.
