Hello,

With a history of heart disease, pain around the chest and left arm shouldn’t be ignored.

Even though you don’t find it extremely painful and just a little achy, it's better to go to the ER and get an EKG done because there are times this progresses further slowly.

Along with EKG, there are some blood tests that will be performed to asses your current condition related to the heart.

If the EKG comes normal then with your doctor’s advice you can go home and take rest. Avoid exertion and strainous activities. Make sure you take all the medicines that are advised by your doctor on daily basis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
