What Causes Dizziness And Pain In Head After A Sports Injury?

About 2 months ago I got hit in the head with a softball. On the left side around my temple. It still hurts, there is a bump, and I can t open my jaw passed a certain point. When it happened I was dizzy and saw stars and it hurt severely for about 4 days

You have had a hit of soft ball, so chances of severe injuries are rare , still if I were your treating doctor I would have taken a scan of brain and x ray of face bones to rule out injuries to brain and face.

I would like to advise you to visit a neurosurgeon and orthopaedic specialist as early as possible to come to a definitive diagnosis and take treatment accordingly.
