Hello dear,
Welcome to HCM. I read and understand your concern. Blurry vision and dizziness can be caused by problems with microcirculation in vertebrobasilar pool, systemic conditions, diseases of the nervous system(TIA,
ischemic stroke, vertigo), complications of cardiovascular disease(
atherosclerosis of aorta, angina) and other medical conditions(sleeplessness, lack of sleep, intoxication, etc). Treatment for blurry vision and dizziness varies, depending on the underlying cause.
For
osteoarthritis diclofenac potassium(1 tablet twice a day),tolperizon(150mg in the morning, gabapentin and mecobalamin(1 tablet only at night time) you can use for decreasing stiffness and pain.
For dizziness betahistine 1 tablet 3 times will do.
Please correct any problem with the eyes. It causes blurry vision ,distorted perception and feelings of dizziness. For example,
nearsightedness,
farsightedness, astigmatism - may occasionally experience bouts of dizziness with blurry vision. Cataracts can lead to blurry vision and mild dizziness. Even pregnancy-related eye changes can lead to periods of distorted vision and dizziness.
Massage, physiotherapy, stretchering exercises, swimming will help you to relieve pain and spasms.
Take care!
