What causes dizziness and nauseous?

My husband has felt dizzy and nauseous for the last 3 months. No rhyme or reason to when. He has been to the ear doctor who sent him to the specialists in Duluth at Esentia Health. They found nothing. He saw the pharmasist a few days ago about the meds he takes and they didn t find the problem either. I was just looking and saw where someone said maybe it could be that he could be anemic but April 7th he gave blood. I also saw that it could be dehydration? Half the time he feels sick and just stays in bed. Help, Please?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
The condition is called the vertigo, the reason may be the infection of the internal ear. anemia, deficiency of the vitamin D or ischemia of the brain.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
He may need to have an M.R.I, and other tests for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms cinnerzine, ranitidine, and domperidone till the diagnosis is established.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
