What Causes Dizziness And Nausea?

Hi doc. my name is Matt and I have been experiencing dizziness and nausea. I do have a small heart murmer and a family history of heart issues. I have an appointment this Friday. I have cut back on drinking I don t smoke anymore and I have been eating greens for the past 2 months AKA healthier eating habits. what do think it could be? also when I have these episods I tend to have a lot or many Bowell movements ?

I am glad we connected.

It would be a good idea to rule out any heart related disease. This is because a heart disease may cause murmurs in some people.

Along with this, other common causes of dizziness and nausea include anxiety, stress, lack of sleep, and some infections.

Seeing a doctor to rule out this would be useful.
