Hello Welcome to health care magic. Headache,nausea,dizziness can be due to migraine or inner ear disease. You need to visit physician/neurologist to diagnose the underlying condition.Investigations like CT scan head and detailed ear examination by ENT surgeon may be needed. Anti inflammatory analgesics like iburofen or naproxen twice a day with antiemetic like domperidone for couple of days can be used to cover acute attack. Having adequate rest in dark,calm room may provide relief. In case of migraine,maientance drugs like Sumatriptan/Rizatriptan may be needed to prevent future attacks of migraine. Avoid triggering factors like stress,alcohol,bright lights,noises. In case of inner ear disease,drugs to avoid vertigo like cinnarizine or antibiotics in case of infection may be prescribed. avoid sudden changes in postures and sudden head movements.
