I am experiencing lightheadedness and nausea. I thought maybe I had the flu but it has been happening for about three weeks now and I don t have any other symtoms other than what I mentioned. I have lots of energy and I am doing a lot at work and with family. Driving is good but just feeling a bit dizzy and nauseous.
Hi Thanks for posting on HCM Many medical conditions may give you such a presentation.Some of these conditions may include: -Stress -Systemic infection -Ionic imbalances/metabolic problems -Vitamin deficiency -Anamia -Pregnancy if you are female -and others Given the duration of your symptoms, i will suggest you see the Doctor for examination and investigation.Tests that may help identify the cause of your symptoms may include:Full blood count, ESR, fasting blood sugar, pregnancy test if you are female and others depeding on the Doctor's findings on physical examination.In the meantime, i will suggest you try the following: *Rest well *Eat well and healthy with enough vegetables *B cpmplex vitamins Then see the Doctor for investigation if symptoms persist Hope this will help Wish you good health
