I have started getting dizzy and disoriented for no reason. This has been happening now for over 6 months and I am officially scared. My face and lips feel numb and as if they "are not part of my body". I have a terrible metallic taste in my mouth all the time. I am having trouble focusing because of all the dizziness and I can't remember anything pretty much after I am told. When I speak it is as if the words are not actually coming out of my mouth and I sound as if I have a lisp. I run a company and cannot focus enough to answer simple emails. I am 43 and in good health otherwise. Help
