Hello there,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
Your symptoms seem to point to postural hypotension.
This could be due to a number of things like
1 medications like blood pressure pills
2.Hormonal disturbances like Adrenal insufficiency
3.Neurogenic hypotension
4. Heart failure
If you are on blood pressure medication you need to check your blood pressure and get thr doses readjusted.
You can get a serum electrolytes and random blood sugar done to rule out adrenal insufficiency.
If it is neurogenic, it is likely to follow a precipitating factor like stress or pain, etc.
I would suggest you get the serum electrolytes and glucose checked first.
Treatment depends on the cause so at first we need to figure out what is causing it.
Hope this helps.

Thanks for your query on Healthcare magic.
