What Causes Dizziness And Low Blood Pressure During Pregnancy?
I am 37 wks pregnant and started feeling very faint in the shower. I went to sit down before I fell down. My pulse is 158 and my blood pressure is low compared to my last appointment. I had 137/90 last time and only 121/70 now. Is this a concern? I am of healthy weight.

Your blood pressure is fine, but you could do with a slightly better diet in my opinion. Speak to a nutritionist for a diet that will help maintain a good blood pressure and also support pregnancy in a healthy manner.
