What Causes Dizziness And Hot Flashes?

Hi I had my bp checked the other day and it was 100/60. I'm 30 in pretty good shape and have always had a very normal bp 120/80 etc. I have been feeling a little dizzy and have been having hot flashes occassionally. I'm a bit worried, can you help me out?

Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hello, Giddiness and hot flashes are usually symptoms of menopause, but you are unlikely to have it. You can check your FSH level in blood which will give an idea regarding your ovarian status . If you have regular periods, then it is unlikely.
Make sure you dont have any element of depression. Check your standing BP too make sure that you dont have any postural fall in BP
