What Causes Dizziness And Heavy Menstrual Bleeding?

Yes. My wife is a breat cancer survivor current age 48. Went thru 16 treatments of chemo and hasn’t had her period in 5 1/2 years until 3 days ago and she is flowing super heavy, light headed and can barely get out of chair as she has no energy. Is this normal.

No. This is not normal, you can go through ultrasound abdomen and pelvis. If any positive results, then consult gynecologist. She has no energy due to heavy menstruation. So try to stop this supplement blood after advice of physician, eat beet root, chana, milk spinach etc.
