Good day and thank you for posting this question. Yes there is a solution. If I were your primary care doctor, I will arrange a meeting for you to see the ENT ( Ear nose and throat) doctor. He is in the best position to treat BPPV either with drugs or surgery. I hope it helps. Thank you.
