What Causes Dizziness And Headache?
My 17 year old daughter in seemingly good health is complaining of dizziness, headache, room spinning or rocking motion sensation. She is not on any medication other than Tylanol for headache. This is the third day with same symptons. Her recent eye exam was clear and her perscription did not change. She has not had congestion, or allergy symptoms. Any suggestions?

Dizziness can result of postural hypotension. Tynolol can cauae postural hypotension.
Need to asses psychological status behind her complain.
Her eye examinations are clear but fundas examination will give more confirmation about headache.
CT scan and MRI will be useful for more investigation.
Consult neurologist or take your doctors advise for better assistance.
