What Causes Dizziness And Fluttering Feeling In The Stomach?

I have my pacemaker set at 50 beats. This was set at my visit two weeks ago. Originally it was set at 45 and DDI. I had been having dizzy spells after exercise and also feeling a flutter in my stomach. I have since been to see a doctor as an emergency and they say it could be gastritis. I can still feel this sensation especially at rest. Can you help

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

I have reviewed your query and here is my advise.

The dizziness is related to newly set beats of pacemaker, the body takes time to adjust the newer rhythm.

The fluttering in the stomach may be anxiety related or else, but once consultation at ER is recommended to rule out any minor issues.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel,
