What Causes Dizziness And Fatigue?

I woke up this morning feeling light headed. Very little energy. Not much of an appetite. I had a slight queasy feeling in my chest, but I never vomit, so there was no danger of that. All symptoms suddenly disappeared about 9:30 - 10 pm this evening. I slept outside of the covers last night because it was quite warm in the house. I do light exercises daily. 20 sit ups, 15 - 25 push ups, planks for 1 - ? minutes depending on the day. 20 leg lifts and breathing exercises. Also am working on balance for a handstand. I want to be be able to do at least one vertical push up on my 70th birthday in two months. I Am 5 6 and 150 lbs. email is YYYY@YYYY Thank you

Welcome to health care magic.

Dizziness,fatigue,discomfort behind chest since 1 day may be because of gastritis/dehydration caused due to exercising.

If I were your treating doctor,I would recommend,
-PPIs like omeprazole once in morning for 3-5 days for gastric symptoms.
-Keep yourself well hydrated during and after exercising.
Have minimum of 8-10 glasses of water a day.Fluid with electrolytes preferrable to cover up the dehydration.
-Have some gap between two sets of exercises to let body cool down.
-Have regular multivitamin and calcium supplementation with balanced healthy diet.

If the symptoms persists,consult physician for blood tests like blood haemoglobin,blood glucose,blood lipids,ECG to rule out age related medical conditions.
