What Causes Dizziness And Fainting?

My husband has been getting light headed and almost passing out previously he has had polyps and has had them removed we went to an ENT they did a cat scan of the sinus an MRI of the brain it shows mucosal thickening can that cause dizziness and lightheaded this what can be done to get better we thought it was vertigo but the ENT did the vertigo test years ago He had the same symptoms and they found polyps on his sinuses could there be a polyp hidden somewhere because of the thickening you can t see it

these polyp are some times difficult to remove due to these location in sinuses as they are not approachable some times

so u can have a laser thearpy for these polyp if they are recurrent in nature please be sure that they may be maligant and might migrate to other location

first when ever they removed please be sure that they must be send for biopsy

rest consult a neurologist as well to see any neurological problem

it might be a non maligant tumor that is growing slowing from parathyriod gland
