What Causes Dizziness And Excessive Fatigue?

I am very dizzy and sweaty and feeling very tired, I have Thyroid issues, heart arrythmia all treated with medication my blood pressure is 90/58 continuously for several days and I think my blood sugar is also low. Not sure what else I can do to get both increased.

Do a thyroid function and adjust the drugs accordingly.
