What Causes Dizziness And Distorted Vision In Eyes?

I am a female, 45yrs. old 155lb. and gaining quickly even though I have been watching what I eat. My symptoms are: coughing (3months), horrible pain at the end of urination (dread to pea -4 days), tired and have no energy, feel like staying in the dark- sun sensative to eyes (6+months). Went to ER 3 weeks ago, diagnosed with Viral Syndrome and given Antibiotic but was told it would not treat the Viral Syndrome but would help allergies. My BP was 180/118 also given HBP Rx. 3 days after I left the hospital I completly lost my site for about 1 min. Since then have just been dizzy, eye s have been a little different feeling. At times, vision becomes distorted. What is wrong with me?

from your history and finding two things are evident. one is urinarytract infection and hypertention. both the condition should be treated andthere is an element of anxiety. it should be controlled.
