What Causes Dizziness And Disorientation?

Last night I woke up dizzy and disoriented my head spinning, this happened twice, after a few minutes I got oriented and fine, was at first concerned was having TIA or stroke but no other symptoms. Tonight as I went to lay down same thing the dizziness & disorientation. Any ideas of what could be?

As you mentioned you have problem of dizziness and head spinning that may be because of ent problem or other reasons.
Vertigo also cause this type of symptoms..

Low blood sugar level or anemia also cause dizziness problems.
Ear infection or injury also cause this type of symptoms.
