What Causes Dizziness And Constant Itching Of Eyes?

My mother has been suffering for weeks with non stop itchy eyes. She takes Clarinex and it helps but not for the months of February, March and April. Alrex used to work, but no more. Try Alaway, natural eye drops, steroid creams. She can't tolerate any other allegy medicines. She cries all day. She is going to damage her eyes. She tried Xyzal and it stopped the itching but hurt her stomach, made her too groggy and very depressed. She is on Plavix, and other meds for BP. She is 80 and cannot tolerate much. She tried Pat A Day and it made her dizzy with headaches. Almost all nasal sprays, over the counter and prescription give her headaches and make her dizzy with nose bleeds. Do you have any other suggestions besides move from the Mojave Desert?
