What Causes Dizziness And Breathlessness While On Losartan?

Resting blood pressure runs 109/61 pulse 76. I am on 50mg losartan. Exhausted all the time and very dizzy and off balance. I am 43 5 10 215lb female. I had a full hystorectomy and take estradial. Very stuffy all the time feel like I cant breath well. I get anxiety with heart palpatations pain/burning in my chest and occasionally take xanax. Is the losartan too high bringing my pressure down enough to make me so tired and dizzy?

You are taking losartan. common side effects of losartan is flu symptoms such as stuffy nose, sneezing, sore throat, fever;dry cough;muscle cramps; pain in your legs or back;stomach pain, diarrhea;headache, dizziness;tired feeling;sleep problems (insomnia). so you are getting most of the side effect for losartan. losartan is very good for patient with heart disease. why losartan is started is not known by me? i advise that you consult your doctor who had advised you about losartan and doctor will reduce the dose of drug or change the drug.
