What Causes Dizziness And Body Imbalance?

I have been having dizzy spells for several weeks. the worst ones ( 2 of them) I have been sitting at a ballgame and reached down, picked up my phone and was looking at that when I felt like I was spinning. both times someone had to catch me to keep me from falling. other times I have been going about my normal day walking and starting feeling very unsteady and dizzy, but these were not as bad. I have had a carotid artery ultrasound and it showed up clear. What could it be?

Hello,

You have the problem of dizziness that may be because of low blood sugar level or anemia or poor blood circulation or other reasons. Ear problem also leads to dizziness. Hyperthyroidism may lead to this type of symptoms. Consult a physician for detail history. Do a blood test for further diagnosis and treatment plan.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
