What Causes Dizziness Along With Nausea And Tingling Sensation In The Hands?

What could these sysptoms be : pale face, dizzyness/fainting, sleepy, nausea, pins and needles in hands, abnormal personality .(He is starting to forget more often, falls asleep with no notice, low self esteem, questioning if I really still love him, etc.) He is on lisinipril 10 and methadone 10 for back pain ? Axiety from symptoms. Thank you
