What Causes Dizziness Along With Facial Numbness On The Left Side?

yesterday I experienced a dizzy spell with facial numbness on the left side. I sat down and rested for ten minutes and the symptoms went away. Not sure if this was a minor stroke or maybe something else. Do you know of any other conditions that may cause this. thanks

sudden dizziness lt sided Facial weakness can be due to Transient Ischaemic Attack

that is TIA ... it is like a Mini Stroke..Like Most Strokes TIAs are caused by a clot or blockage in in the Brain .You have to consult a Neurologist .

Other conditions causing Similar Symptoms are A Partial Seizure Glucose abnormalities Electrolyte Abnormalities and Tumor etc
