What Causes Dizziness Along With Elevated Heart Beats?

I am feeling dizziness, unstable, increased heart beat, normal heart beam is 62 and when dizziness this heart beat will increase to 74, i have checked with cardiologist, holter, stress test, eco, ecg are ok, checked with neurologist some problem with spine and it is ok, checked with ENT, it is ok, but i unable to understand the dizziness, i am on bp tablet, bp is 140/90, and tablets concor, and diovan

I can suggest you to check blood sugar levels. Sometimes reactivate hypoglycemia due to damaged glucose tolerance is cause of dizziness and faint.
