What Causes Dizziness Along With Cold Sweats?

I some time get light headed if I don t eat, not all the time. I don t eat breakfast normally but I do have coffee every morning. today I went to my work had a meeting when I left the office I was having a cold sweat, shaky week hands, light headed. I thought I need to I eat at subway. meat ball sub 6inch soup and cookie and tea. I drove home and felt like I needed a nap. I hardly ever nap. woke up about an hour later feeling light headed (like I am in a fog) and nauseated (not to the point of throwing up) I was having some kind congestion and cough for a couple of days pryior to today

I have reviewed your query and I will suggest to monitor your blood sugar level. Get your blood sugar level at fasting and 2 hours after taking meals .
Start taking breakfast as it is the most important meal of day.
Take a multivitamin antioxidant combination once a day .
