General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Because her symptoms are only for 2-3 days, very likely she is having a viral infection and this is generally self-limiting. She should start to feel better within the next 2-3 days.

Meanwhile, she will need to rest, drink plenty and use pain killers such as paracetamol and ibuprofen after food for the headache. She may also take Omeprazole for the stomach ache as well. If she is not better in a few days (a total of 7 days), she will need another visit with her doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Antoneta Zotaj, General & Family Physician
