What Causes Diverticulitis Along With Hypertension And Vomiting?

What if you suspect your daughter's boyfriend is slowly poisoning her. Since they've been together she's been in and out of emergency rooms for last6 months. Diverticulitis, high blood pressure, weakness, sweating, vomiting, diarrhea, severe stomach pains, can't keep food down, nasal blockages, insomnia. he insists on being the one to take her to dr. Visits and emergency room visits. He's lost one job taking off work to take her for emergency rooms at different hospitals. Am I being paranoid?

1. Since she has been to emergency to and fro thus the attending Physicians must have taken due consideration to exclude whether the symptoms are organic or truly pathological,so there is no need of being paranoid [you can talk with them about her symptoms]

2. The symptoms which you have mentioned do occur in diverticulitis and commonly caused by lack of dietary fibre and infection, and you may ask for blood examination [higher white blood cells indicates infection], colonoscopy and barium enema X-ray to confirm the presence of diverticula.

3. Drinking plenty of fluids,dietary fibre,and bulk laxatives can be started.
