What Causes Disorientation, Lightheadedness And Tenesmus?

I had a colonoscopy two days ago and today I feel disoriented, lightheaded and have to constantly defecate. I did have three polyps removed but the stool is only light brown so i do not believe I am bleeding but I am on Pradaza. What is wrong with me

Noted the history of feeling disoriented, lightheaded, and have to defecate constantly after 2 days of colonoscopy and removal of 3 polyps. Stool is light brown and are taking Pradaza.
I think the medication is Pradaxa, which does not allow platelets to stick together.
With this medication there might have been hematoma formation in the colon as the polyps were removed and hence you may be getting the symptoms you mentioned above.
I would advise you the following:
- Blood: Electrolytes, coagulation profile, CBC, platelets,
- Standing X-ray of the abdomen.
- Ultrasound of the whole abdomen.
- Stool for occult blood and routine.
- Clinical evaluation and proper diagnosis to get treated.
