Welcome to healthcaremagic.com. I am so sorry about the trouble you are having with your pregnancy. Nicola please go see your doctor immediately, this is not normal part of pregnancy and with your history of lost pregnancies, I would see a doctor every day of you had to, please know that you have what we call a high risk pregnancy and there is a special group of doctors in the hospital that even take care of cases like yours. Can you ask your doctor if your have what is called "Lupusanticoagulant Syndrome" that predisposes you to having lost pregnancies?. I hope this answers your question. Good luck.
