back of my throat feels like i have hair stuck on my adams apple and i noticed sandy feeling under my tongue around bottom of gumline. i was sick about 5 days ago with stomach flu and had thrown up ounce. but that was 5 days ago and just started noticing the weird sensation in my throat and under tongue

This has led you to have secondary infection with swelling or infection in the throat.
This gives a feeling like hair stuck in the throat.
This is called a FB sensation, FB meaning foreign body.
