Hello,
You need a detailed physical examination and work up to rule out a cardiac cause.
A-fib is usually associated with CAD and other cardiac abnormalities.
Exertional dyspnoea, discomfort, and pain might be associated with a weak heart.
Your cardiologist would go for a 2D ECHO, Electrophysiological profile studies, Holter monitoring in addition to ECG and X-ray chest.
Once the cardiopulmonary pathology has been ruled out, then only it can be labeled as
muscular pain and would be managed by hot fomentation,
analgesic gel, NSAIDs like
Advil and muscle relaxants like
Tizanidine, coupled with appropriate
physical therapy.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
